The information below outlines the eligibility criteria, confidentiality protections, and consent process for participation
To qualify for this study, participants must:
All responses will remain confidential and used solely for academic research purposes.
No company names, financial data, or identifying details will appear in reports or publications.
All research records will be stored securely by the researcher in accordance with Grand Canyon University’s Institutional Review Board (IRB) policies.
Participants may withdraw at any time without penalty or consequence.
Note: Particpants will not be asked to provide company financial data, or clients records, or proprietary business information. The interview will focus only on professional experiences and leadership decision during the COVID-19 pandemic.
